We are thrilled to publish our third annual report bringing together insights for the year ahead for decision makers of luxury, lifestyle and brand-led businesses. We can’t wait to discuss with you in person as we are all now able to look beyond the pandemic, to growth and innovation.
We are honoured to be joined by 17 external industry experts, thought leaders and trailblazing brands alongside 23 of our leading lawyers and professionals. The report is centred on seven themes. It’s clear throughout those themes that two topics are front of mind across our network and across industry at large.
Firstly, sustainability and social responsibility. With increasing interest from consumers, investors and banks, focussing on sustainability is no longer simply the right thing to do. It’s imperative for growth. We are pleased to share thoughts from Mary Fellowes and Zadrian Smith, leading young brands PANGAIA, Biophilica and Sheep Inc. along with advice on how to approach ESG criteria and investment. As we enter the year of the Tiger, we encourage all our readers to embody the characteristics of courage, ambition and leadership.
Secondly, digital innovation. The rapid convergence of our physical and digital worlds has been prevalent throughout the twenties to date. We have already witnessed luxury brands leading the charge, recognising that the metaverse offers opportunities beyond the limitations of our physical space. Brands will need to stay on top of consumer, investor and cultural shifts as well as technical and regulatory innovation. Tommy Hilfiger have given us an insight into maintaining your brand in the digital world.
Kicking off this report we hear from our forecasting friends at The Future Laboratory and the British Retail Consortium. Please do dive in and enjoy. This year, you can download the full PDF report or access articles at your leisure.
A huge thank you to all of our contributors, readers and everyone in the network. And a final thank you to Nabil Nayal for our beautiful cover artwork.
