Wendy specialises in financial services law and regulation. She has nearly 15 years’ experience in financial services, across roles at the Financial Services Authority, a large UK retail bank, a global investment bank and in private practice. Her work includes advising on both non-contentious and contentious matters. She also has a particular interest in the intersection of financial services regulation and digital transformation - with a focus on cryptoassets and the use of blockchain and DLT within the financial services sector.
