Mario has a particular focus on the commercial aspects of property work including advice relating to debt collection, break clauses, alienation, lease renewals, rent review, dilapidations, corporate insolvency, rights of light and restrictive covenants and acts for a broad range of clients across the property sector from developers to landlords through to corporate occupiers.
