David is a Partner in the Corporate team and he also Co-Heads the Technology group. He advises on the full range of corporate finance transactions, from seed and angel investment rounds to IPOs, sales and acquisitions. The majority of my work is with technology companies and the investors who back them. He is an expert in a wide variety of technologies, from SAAS to hardware and from B2B fintech to B2C consumer tech.
