Ali is an experienced litigator who specialises in disputes involving information law: Data and Privacy in particular. Ali regularly advises claimants and defendants, individuals and businesses alike, on a range of data protection/privacy issues arising under the DPA, PECR and FOIA in a variety of contexts including litigation, investigations (whether by the media or the ICO) and procurement. Ali holds the IAPP CIPP/E Data Protection accreditation and the BCS Data Protection Practitioner Certificate.
